PURPOSE:To speed up a processing by dividing a picture element in a reading area into the plural groups of the picture element of the one side of a square, obtaining the medium values of the respective groups, obtaining the medium value of the obtained medium value groups and defining this medium value to be a picture element value representing the reading area. CONSTITUTION:All pictures are read sequentially by defining the reading area of the square completely small to all the pictures to be a unit, at the time of every reading, the picture element in the reading area is divided into the plural groups of the number of the plural picture elements of the one side of the square, the medium values of the respective groups are obtained, the medium value of the obtained medium value groups is obtained and this medium value is defined to be the picture element value representing the reading area. Thereby, the number of times of sortings is an operating time of <=1/n of a median filter, when the dimension of the one side of the reading area is assumed as (n). Then, when (n) is small, the ratio is further larger. |
