<p>PURPOSE:To prevent extrusion in the different direction of cobwebbing and tearing-off and adhesion to a separate position by executing static erasing treatment to an electronic circuit substrate prior to the application of adhesives. CONSTITUTION:Adhesives for temporarily fixing an electronic part are attached spottily onto a circuit substrate 1. A static eraser 60 is arranged to the upper section of a loading bridge 20 at that time. The eraser 60 consists of a cylindrical member, and an underside thereof has a plurality of windows. Ionized air is discharged from the windows, and the static electricity of the circuit substrate 1 is neutralized. Accordingly, extrusion in the different direction of cobwebbing and tearing-off and adhesion to a separate position are prevented.</p> |
