A camera rotating apparatus is provided to rotate the camera on the basis of a constant center line by using one motor, thereby securing a shooting space more widely. An end of a support shaft is fixed to a camera and the other end of the support shaft is extended with a predetermined length. The support shaft supports the camera and rotates on the basis of a virtual center line so that a predetermined portion is coincided with a point of the virtual central line. A motor(22) supplies power for rotating the support shaft. An end of a rotating bar(23) is fixed to the motor and the other end of the rotating bar is extended with a predetermined length. A penetration hole(23a) is formed at the eccentric end so that the other end of the support shaft is inserted and penetrated. A support member(24) supports the support shaft so that a predetermined portion of the support shaft is coincided with a portion of the virtual center line.
