<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a thin tablet, to omit the connection of a control circuit board and to improve the yield of the tablet by making a plotting input part on the surface of the circuit board transparent, forming sense lines, forming conductor patterns on a circuit part unitedly with the sense lines, and mounting a circuit element. CONSTITUTION:The sense lines 4a, 4b are formed on the upper and lower surfaces 3a, 3b of the plotting input part 3 out of the circuit board consisting of a transparent material 2 such as glass respectively in the Y and X directions with equal intervals. On the other hand, IC bear chips 8a-8c are mounted on the upper and lower surfaces 5a, 5b of the circuit part 5 and respective electrodes of the chips 8a-8c are connected to the conductor patterns 6a1, 6a2. A tablet control circuit is constituted of the conductor patterns 6a1, 6a2 and the chips 8a-8c. When an exciting pen is brought into contact with the input part 3, which sense line out of the sense lines 4a, 4b generates induction current is scanned and the position of a contact point on the input part 3 is determined. Since the tablet and the control circuit are unitedly formed, a thin tablet can be formed, the connection of the circuit board can be omitted, and production process can be reduced, and the yield can be improved.</p> |
