PURPOSE: To prepare a beverage effectively combined in lasting favor and good extractability of coffee by providing equally distributed aperture parts same in dimension and having a truncated conetruncated pyramid-or truncated tetrahedron-shape to a filter. CONSTITUTION: When the shape of an aperture part is a truncated pyamid-shape, the diagonal line of the square of a small base 4 is 0.1-0.3mm and the diagonal line of the square of a large base 5 is 0.2-0.5mm. When the aperture part has a shape of an equilateral truncated tetrahedron-shape, the side of the triangle of the small base is 0.1-0.3mm and the side of the triangle of the large base 5 is 0.2-0.5mm. Each of the aperture parts 2 has a nipple 3 almost equal to the thickness of the filter in its height at the end part of the small base 4. This thickness of the filter 1 is usually 0.2-0.6mm. A material of the filter 1 is a metal, pref. aluminum or nickel coated with heat-sealable lacquer or a resin material adaptable to food and withstanding 100 deg.C and 15 bar. |
