PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core winding device which can prevent the coil end of a front surface side and the coil end of a rear surface side from being deformed, in forming a second coil after forming a first coil. SOLUTION: After the first coil (U phase first coil 7u1) is formed, the stator core 3 is rotated around the axial line 3X by a specified angleθ, the circumferential position of a winding ejection device 200 relative to the stator core 3 is changed to the circumferential position forming a second coil, and a series of actions for forming the subsequent second coil are repeated to form a plurality of coils 7 (U phase coil 7u) in order. In this case, the winding device 1000 has at least a deformation preventive mechanism 100 which prevents the front surface side coil end 7H (7Hu1) of the first coil (U phase first coil 7u1) and the rear surface side coil end from being deformed, as long as the stator core 3 is rotated around the axis line 3X of the stator core 3 by the specified angle.
