Pouring and dosing stopper for granular or pulverulent materials of the type intended to be fixed to the mouth of a container and comprising a body 1 with a pouring spout and a dosing chamber 7 communicating with the said pouring spout and connected by means to the section of the body 1 intended to face the inside of the container, characterised in that the means connecting the section of the body 1 intended to face the inside of the container and the dosing chamber 7 comprise a sleeve 8 extending into the dosing chamber 7 and opening on the side of the body 1 intended to face the inside of the container, the said sleeve 8 being closed at its end housed in the dosing chamber 7 and comprising a lateral opening 15 angularly offset with respect to the pouring spout 14. <IMAGE>
