A facade-cladding panel consisting of a ceramic material exhibits on its rear side, in the vicinity of the four corners, for receiving means (3) for retaining elements for fastening on a substructure. The receiving means (3) are each formed by two parallel, cut-in slots (2) which are inclined towards one another or away from one another and extend into the facade-cladding panel from the top edge and from the bottom edge. The retaining elements (4) each comprise two anchors which are rigidly connected to one another and engage into the slots (2) with essentially the same inclination, preferably in such a form that the anchors are sheet-metal butt straps which are angled off from a sheet-metal tie which forms their connection means. <IMAGE>
