OPTICAL STIMULUS SEPARATION MEASURING INSTRUMENT

PURPOSE:To measure diverse combinations without disordering measurement environment by adjusting the positions of a stage where samples are fixed and a stage where shield pipes are fixed respectively under a vacuum. CONSTITUTION:The shield pipes 12 and 12' form materials B1 and B2 and are fixed to the shield pipe stage 13. A sample 10 combined with the pipe 12 of the material B1 and a sample 10' combined with the pipe 12' of the material B2 are formed of a material A respectively and fitted to the sample stage 11. Those stages 11 and 13 are fitted to a vacuum container 1 and the samples 10 and 10' and pipes 12 and 12' are set at specific positions. Then emitted light 2 is projected on the samples 10 and 10' through the pipes 12 and 12' from outside the container to detect the degree of vacuum of the container 1 and gas components. Then the stages 11 and 13 are moved by terminals 14 and 14' and similar detection is performed.
