The subject of the invention relates to the technical sector of the means for dispensing lengths of materials rolled up on roll supports. The apparatus is of the type in which a roll of wiping material, mounted so as to rotate freely on a wall support 1, is applied using pressure directly on a drum 2 having a non-slip surface, so that, simply by manually pulling on the sheet of material emerging from the apparatus, a sheet is dispensed and automatically detached, the length of which sheet is equal to the diameter of the drum; the apparatus comprises a toothed cutting device associated with the drum and comprising a cutting blade and a blade carrier; the apparatus, according to the invention, comprises in the region of the cutting device, in order for the cutting blade to go back into the drum, a complementary means acting in combination with the return spring 11 of the blade carrier and the profile of the fixed cam 12, the said complementary means separating the exiting and return movements of the cutting blade, the said means acting in succession taking over one after the other. <IMAGE> |
