PURPOSE:To control the generation of defective products by filling molten resin in a plurality of ring molding channels of a given shape formed in the peripheral direction of a transfer roller and forming resin ribs on one side of an original sheet for transfer to be transferred to the outer periphery surface of the transfer roller. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of ring molding channels 1 of given shape are provided on the outer periphery formed in the peripheral direction of a transfer roller 2. Hot-melt type molten resin is fed into the molding channels 1 by a nozzle 3 of a resin feeding device 4. Further, original sheets W are transferred at given speed onto the outer peripheral surface of the transfer roller 2 to which resin is fed in an original sheet feeding device 5, and a plurality of ribes 9 are transferred onto the original sheet W. A defect sensing device 6 senses whether resin ribs 9 are squeezed onto the original sheet W after transfer or not. As a result, the dimension and shape of resin ribs are stabilized and the degree of freedom is high for setting the shape to reduce the generation of defective products. |
