PURPOSE: To picture always in correct color by reading a bar code attached to a color pen and selecting a desired color. CONSTITUTION: A color plotter 1 is equipped with an X-axis sliding groove 2 and a Y-axis sliding groove 3 normal to the former, both in horizontal direction, and bar codes 5a through 5e have been put on the side face of color pens 4a through 4e. Bar code reading mechanism 11 reads the bar code to select color pens 4d through 4f. The Y-axis sliding groove 3 guides motion of the bar code reading mechanism 11 holding color pens, a supporter 12 and an arm 13. Arbitrary lines and dots on a lane are drawn with the X-axis sliding groove 2 and the Y-axis sliding groove 3. |
