PURPOSE:To prevent the continuous operation of a clutch in case when a titled valve is used for a winch driving circuit, by providing a pilot port, and leading in the primary side pressure as pilot pressure. CONSTITUTION:An oil path 27, stroke-operating spool 34, adjusting springs 28, 29, and an oil path 35 for connecting the path 27 and a secondary side port 20 are provided, respectively, between a pilot port 22 and the port 20. Also, a primary side port 19 and a tank port 21 are faced at different positions on the path 27, and both the ports are formed so as to communicate selectively to the path 27 by moving a spool 34. Also, a spring shoe 36 for supporting the spring 28 is faced to the pilot port 22, the spool 34 is operated by pilot pressure put onto this port, and the primary side port 19 is made to communicate to the path 27. The pressure-reducing valve is formed in this way, the continuous opertion of a clutch mechanism 3 can be prevented. |
