PURPOSE:To perform high-precision bending, by heating and bending a bending part by ultrasonic vibration. CONSTITUTION:A plastic sheet 1 is put on a female mold 3 by fitting its bending position to a recessed part 31. Then when an ultrasonic vibration horn 2 is fitted in a recessed part 31 of a female mold through the upper part of a plastic sheet and an ultrosonic vibration is given, a bent part 11 becomes a high temperature through frictional heat due to ultrasonic energy and soft. When the ultrasonic vibration is suspended the bent part is cooled down swiftly to temperatures of the female mold and ultrasonic vibrating horn themselves and a bent from is fixed. With this construction, precise bending can be performed. |
