<p>PURPOSE:To avoid respective deterioration in adhesive properties of a metallic foil and insulation properties of a base material by preventing mixing of air into a space between both base materials at the time of feed of resin, by a method wherein a resin solution is stored at the upper part of a transfer belt and the stored resin solution is taken in through the lower part of the transfer belt. CONSTITUTION:A resin solution through a nozzle pipe 14 is stored upward than a shifting part P to a linear transfer route of both transfer belts 1, 1 by a predetermined quantity and prevents air from entering. A beltlike copper foil 5 is fed between the transfer belts 1, 1 under a state where the copper foil 5 performs facial contact with the transfer belts 1, 1 and beltlike glass cloth 7 into which the resin solution has been infiltrated is fed so that the facial contact of the glass cloth 7 with the copper foil 5 is performed. The resin solution with which a filler has been mixed np is fed between both the glass cloth 7, 7 under a state where a predetermined quantity of resin solution is stored, the resin is molded by curing the resin with a resin curing molding plates 17, 17 while transferring the resin solution in a vertical direction and a beltlike metal plated resin plate A of a predetermined thickness is manufactured. With this constitution, as the resin solution stored is taken in through the lower part, deterioration in quality which is ascribable to bubbles can be avoided and a high-quality metal-plated resin sheet can be manufactured.</p> |
