<p>PURPOSE: To improve a quality of a picture by reading out a content of an image memory built in a coder/decoder by variable size by a specification of an initialized luminance value, amplifying a read content by a luminance coefficient and then executing a shift, an address specification, a negative feedback, and a rewriting. CONSTITUTION: The correlation of input signals is operated by a self-correlation/ mutual correlation processor ACP and stored in a buffer memory PACTS. Then an optimization coefficient, a kinetic vector, and an amplification factor are calculated by a parameter scene model and assumption generator SZMHC, a block is enlarged based on the calculated results, data are compressed, and a clocked tree, the kinetic vector and the amplification factor are transmitted to a receiver through a Hofmann coder HC. Simultaneously, an image memory BS is negatively fed back through an inverse filter IF. Since the contents of the image memory are read out by a variable size block and negatively fed back, the quality of a picture can be improved.</p> |
