An apparatus for treating roll cooling water of a wire rolling mill is provided to remove water and impurities on the surface of a roll by using a scraper and completely remove cooling water remaining on the surface of the roll by using high-pressure air sprayed through an injection hole of a nozzle. An apparatus for treating roll cooling water of a wire rolling mill comprises a scraper(140) being in close contact with the surfaces of upper and lower rolls(12). A nozzle(130) is fixed to one side of the scraper and has an injection hole through which high-pressure air is sprayed onto the surface of a roll. A distribution header(120) supports the nozzle and receives the high-pressure air to provide the high-pressure air to the nozzle. A bracket(110) is fixed to a guide holder(31) of an outlet guide(30) installed to guide a wire rod discharged from the upper and lower rolls, and supports the distribution header.
