PURPOSE:To dispense with a collecting box, etc., by providing a developer carrying means for carrying a developer which is collected from the surface of an electrostatic latent image carrier by a cleaning device, to an internal space of a developer supply roller. CONSTITUTION:A toner collected by a cleaning device 7 is carried to the inside of a supply roller 63 or 73 through a toner collecting pipe 171 from a toner collecting part 170 based on a rotation of a carrying coil 172. The toner carried to the supply roller 63 or 73 is stored gradually from the inner part side of the supply roller 63 or 73 based on a rotation of a fixed carrying coil 173 and the supply roller 63 or 73. In this case, the toner carried from the cleaning device 7 has a charge, is attracted electrostatically to the inside surface of the roller by a bias voltage Vs applied to the supply roller 63 or 73, and carried gradually to the inner part side along the inside surface of the roller without being scattered. |
