PURPOSE:To retard a drop in chemical reaction which generates electromotive force and to have a certain ability as a storage battery even at low temperatrue by using a resistor comprising a superconductor, and generating heat by electromotive force. CONSTITUTION:A low temperature countermeasure component obtained by connecting in series a resistor 2 comprising a superconductor and a heat generating component 3 such as sheath-heater connected in parallel to electromotive force 1 which is generated by chemical reaction, and current is supplied to a load 4. If temperature substantially drops, the resistance of the resistor 2 comprising a superconductor is decreased at the temperature below the critical temperature of the supercondcutor, and current is supplied to the heat generating component 3 by the electromotive force 1, and an electromotive force generating part where chemical reaction arises is warmed. If the temperature rises higher than the critical temperature, the resistance of the resistor 2 is increased to sufficiently higher value compared with the load 4 and current is supplied to the load 4. A drop in chemical reaction which generates electromotive force is retarded and a storage battery has a certain ability even at low temperature. |
