<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the capacity of a real motor and to improve the reliability of a tape winding by switching a means to drive a tape by the winding quantity of the tape from a reel motor to a capstan motor. CONSTITUTION:After a tape 2 is wound to a cylinder 3 from an S reel stand 1, when the tape is quickly fed and wound to the reel installed through an ACE head 4 and a capstan shaft 5 to a T reel stand 6, for the starting of the winding, the T reel stand 6 is rotated through an idler gear 8 by a reel motor 7 and coiling is executed. At this time, the pinch roller is not press-contacted to the capstan shaft 5. The coiling is proceeding, the number of rotations of the T reel stand 6 detected by a pulse detector 11 becomes a constant value or above set beforehand, the outer diameter of the coiled tape 2 becomes larger, and then, a system control device 17 is operated through a reel motor control device 12, a pinch roller is press-contacted to the capstan shaft 5 and the driving of the tape 2 is switched to the driving of the capstan motor.</p> |
