METHOD FOR COATING INSERT WITH PLASTIC FILM SHEET

PURPOSE: To completely prevent the foam leakage by uniformly bonding a film sheet by applying a spattered pattern where coating patterns of adhesive are sprinkled throughout the entire face of an insert. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is sprayed by a high-pressure injection gun 44. The injection air pressure is determined so that the adhesive is scattered on a surface 38 of an insert 10, and the a spattered pattern comprising the raised parts 46 and the valley parts 48 of the sprinkled adhesive is formed. Then the insert 10 is transferred to a film forming part. A film 22 is automatically moved forward by a clamp 72, and the film 22 cut by a specific length is heated by a heater 68, and uniformly draped over the spattered pattern of adhesive on the insert 10. The high-pressure air is introduced into a pressure box 60, and the film 22 is closely pressed to the insert 10 to be smoothly and uniformly pressed and bonded to the insert 10. Whereby the foam leakage can be completely prevented.
