PURPOSE:To realize reduction of a cost, by forming in a advance a crank body and a balancer weight as each separate body, adapting engaged parts of both members, also giving deformation to the adapted part, and coupling as one body both the members. CONSTITUTION:A crank body 36 having a large diameter flange part 41 on one end of a shaft 37, and a clamping projection 39 projecting in the shaft part axial direction on the supporting shaft side of said flange part 41 is formed by forging a rod-like base material. On the other hand, a separate body which uses a deflected thickness part of a balancer weight part of a crank shaft 45 as a nearly flat balancer weight 42, and is provided with a fitting hole 43 formed penetratingly in the plate thickness direction, which is adapted to the clamping projection 39 of the crank body 36 is formed. Subsequently, the clamping projection 39 of the crank body 36 is adapted to the fitting hole 43 of the balancer weight 42, the clamping projection 39 is deformed, and the balancer weight 42 is coupled as one body with a large diameter flange prt 38 of the crank body 36. |
