PURPOSE:To obtain a remarkably stabilized alpha-1,6-glucosidase composition storable stably over a long period, by adding an aluminum salt to alpha-1,6-glucosidase. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding alpha-1,6- glucosidase with an aluminum salt such as aluminum chloride or aluminum ammonium sulfate. The amount of the aluminum salt is selected to give an aluminum salt concentration of about 1X10<-4>-1X10<-2>mol. in the use of said enzyme. |
