PURPOSE:To enhance blood circulation by making an electromagnetic wave act on the affected part efficiently and uniformly by eliminating the release of the title apparatus from a violently moving region, by mounting a unit case and an antenna to a region to be mounted and making the antenna deformable corresponding to the surface shape of the region to be mounted. CONSTITUTION:An antenna piece 20 is circular and equipped with three first-third insulating layer materials 21-23 each formed using a flexible polyester film. An antenna 24 using a copper or aluminum foil is provided between the second and third insulating layer materials 22, 23 among the insulating layer materials 21-23 in an integrally embedded and molded state. This antenna 24 is spread in a vortex shape from the first conductive part 24a at the center to the outer periphery thereof and the contact end part 26a at the leading end of the second terminal 26 is inserted in a unit case 1 through an insert hole 12 to be electrically connected to the contact end part 14a of the second terminal 14 on the side of a case.
