A system and a method for operating a plurality of kernels capable of efficient communications between kernels by using a hypervisor are provided to perform various tasks without additional hardware due to sequentially performing a plurality of kernels by using a micro processor. A share data storing module(80) stores various data of kernel of a hypervisor. A system initialization performing unit(70) executes kernels and sets up a timer. If timer interrupt and software interrupt are generated, an interrupt service routine unit(60) connects generated interrupt to an interrupt service routine. A transmission application program interface(92) and a receiving application program interface unit(94) provide a transmitting/receiving interface function.
