Powder dispenser/diffuser in particular for agricultural treatments, consisting of a container 18 provided with means for dividing the powder, a diffuser driving the powder towards a downstream pipeline 9, and a circuit for conveying powder from the container to the diffuser. The cylindrical container 18 is carried along its axis by a horizontal rotary shaft 13 and contains divider members 26 which are integral therewith, the circuit for conveying the powder consisting of a ring of peripheral perforations 22 of the container, emerging in a fixed peripheral chute 27 connected to the diffuser by a funnel 32. The ring 27 is disposed in the vicinity of one of the ends 28 of the container 18, the peripheral chute 27 covering this end of the container with a flange 28 through which the horizontal rotary shaft 13 passes. <IMAGE>
