PURPOSE:To control the current at the specific temperature and change the sensitivity as a sensor by using a superconducting material with the resistance- temperature characteristic that the resistance becomes zero at the critical temperature and below. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting material 1 has the resistance-temperature characteristic that the resistance becomes zero at the critical temperature or below, the resistance of a circuit up to the critical temperature is only the resistance R0 of a load 3, the resistance of the circuit when the temperature exceeds the critical temperature becomes R0+r0 (resistance of the superconducting material 1 in the ordinarily conductive state). The current quantity flowing through the load 3 can be controlled when the resistance of the whole circuit is made R0 of R0+r0. The current can be thereby controlled at a specific temperature (critical temperature), the inclination ot the resistance- temperature characteristic can be changed when the material is changed, and the sensitivity as a sensor can be changed. |
