PURPOSE:To obtain a high recording signal level with a small current value by flatly arranging plural spiral coils, and electrically connecting the coils. CONSTITUTION:A first coil 2 is formed through an insulating layer 4b on a magnetic layer 5c, and a magnetic layer 5b is formed through an insulating layer 4a. A second coil 2' is formed through an insulating layer 3 on a magnetic layer 5b, further, a magnetic layer 5a is formed through an insulating layer 3a. These coils 2 and 2' are flatly arranged, they are electrically connected, and operates as one coil. In addition, rear edges 11 and 11' of the magnetic layers 5a and 5c are bonded with the magnetic layer 5b, a gap 6 is formed at the front surface of the magnetic layers 5a and 5c, the magnetic layers 5a-5c are interlinked, a magnetic path is formed, the number of coils is increased, and the high recording signal level can be obtained. |
