<p>The invention relates to an application of oligonucleotidic or oligodesoxynucleotidic compounds having an anomeric configuration α. These compounds are used to inhibit the activity of reverse transcriptase enzymes involved in the developments of RNA viruses, more particularly to inhibit the activity of the reverse transcriptase enzyme of the human immunodeficiency virus HIV1 of AIDS.</p> |
