PURPOSE:To form a foaming agent compsn. for rigid polyurethane foam capable of giving a foam of furthermore lower density than that of a foam prepd. by using CFC-11 and giving a premix having excellent shelf stability, by mixing dichlorotrifluoroethane with a specified paraffin. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of dichlorotrifluoroethane with at least one of 5-6C paraffins (e.g., n-pentane or n-hexane) with a ratio of 97:3-70:30 by wt. is prepd.
