<p>PURPOSE: To enhance adhesion between the image receiving layer and a support by forming the prescribed image receiving layer on an undercoat layer specified in composition formed on the support. CONSTITUTION: This dye image receiving material receives a color image transferred by the dye image diffusion transfer method, and the undercoat layer (B) and the image receiving layer (A) are laminated in this order on the support, and the layer (A) contains a gelatin and a cationic polymer mordant having a glycidyl group capable of reacting with the active hydrogens of the gelatin in a mordant to gelatin ratio of 25:1-1:1 and in a coating amount of gelatin of >=0.1g/m<2> , and the layer (B) is formed by dispersing a composition comprising, preferably, a polyester of a hexanol and adipic acid and a reaction product of 4,4'-diisocyanate-dicyclohexylmethane and dimethylolpropionic acid and trimethylamine into water and having siloxan added.</p> |
