THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF EXTRACTION OF THE DEER VELVET AND THE DEER VELVET EXTRACT MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME METHOD

A method of manufacturing cervi parvum corn extract with excellent antioxidant effect and cell growth effect is provided to minimize the loss of antioxidant ingredients included in cervi parvum corn and to maintain and stabilize the activity by together processing antioxidant in an ultrasonic wave extraction step of low temperature. A method of manufacturing cervi parvum corn extract comprises the steps of: uniformly mixing Cervi Parvum Cornu and antioxidant; adding the antioxidant in the mixture and extracting the mixture with ultrasonic waves; removing insoluble substances through filtering; and concentrating the filtered liquid under the pressure reduction. The cervi parvum corn extract comprises the Cervi Parvum Cornu of 95.0-99.99 weight% and the antioxidant of 0.01-5.0 weight% based on the dry weight.
