PURPOSE:To form an electric double-layer capacitor having small internal resistance on a polarized electrode and an available large current by a method wherein a conductive substance, which can be electrically conductive to a polarized electrode layer and a conductivity collecting electrode, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A composite polarized electrode 15, having a conductive layer 13 and a polarized electrode 14, is formed by laminating a sheet for polarized electrode and a conductive sheet, and also by conducting pressure-bonding and cutting operations. A hole is perforated on the left and the right sides of said composite polarized electrode 15, carbon powder is filled in the hole, a conductivity pole-like body 16 is formed, a composite electrode 17 having a conductivity pole-like body is formed. Two layers of the electrode 17 are superposed and pressure-bonded, and a composite polarized electrode double-layer body 18, having a conductivity pole-like material, is obtained by superposing two layers of the electrode 17. Also, another composite polarized electrode double-layer body 18' is obtained in the same manner as mentioned above. The polarized electrode side of the composite polarized electrode 18 and 18', having the conductivity pole-like body, formed as mentioned above is superposed on the surface of a separator 12, stainless steel collector electrodes 11 and 11' are pinchingly supported from outside, and a fundamental cell 19 is constituted. As a result, the inner resistance of the polarized electrode can be made small. |
