<p>PURPOSE:To automate inspection work by mounting a camera to an inspecting device, which travels running on an aerial cable serving as the guide, and photographing the cable. CONSTITUTION:A device main unit 1 provides in its upper part driving wheels 2, 3, rolling on an aerial cable C, and a retaining wheel 4 pressed to be adapted to the aerial cable C from the bottom, and the device main unit 1 travels running by driving these wheels with a running motor. The device main unit 1 provides in its upper front part two bore scopes 31 positioned in the upper of the aerial cable C constituting an image guide part of an inspection camera device 30, and the inspection camera device places its point end objective lens 31a to be directed toward right and left side surfaces of the aerial cable and forms its field view image in an ocular part 31c through an optical fiber 31b, photographing the aerial cable by a television camera 33. The photographing result is recorded in a video tape recorder and analyzed later on the ground. The television camera 33 and the bore scope 31 can be longitudinally moved by a camera moving device 40.</p> |
