<p>PURPOSE:To make a rear-wheel steering pattern easily alterable by installing an input shaft, a cam body, a pair of arm members and a connector all there. CONSTITUTION:When a turning angle of a cam body 7 becomes larger, a cam surface comes into contact with a cam follower 19 at the side of one side of arm members 8, and a concave part, corresponding to the cam surface, it opposed to the cam follower 19 at the side of the other side of the arm members 8, the one side arm member 8 is rotated outward in the car width direction, namely, the reverse direction to a direction of rotation when the turning angle of the cam body 7 is small. In addition, the other side arm member 8 is also driven and moved again in the same direction as the counterpart, but at this time, the width directional motion of a connector 9 comes to the reverse direction to the width direction when the turning angle is small, so that the steering direction of rear wheels also comes to the reverse direction to this steering direction when the turning angle is small. Consequently, if the turning angle of the cam body 7 corresponds to the steering angle, the rear wheels is steered in the same phase to front wheels and simultaneously in the opposite phase to the front wheels when the turning angle is small, respectively.</p> |
