PURPOSE:To prevent the crew of a vehicle from being damaged by contacting with the sun visor upon an accident and prevent drooping of the central part of the sun visor when it is stored in parallel to a ceiling by a method wherein a pad member, located at the central side, is made more rigid than the pad member at the side of surface skin. CONSTITUTION:The pad member 13, provided along the surface skin members 6 of the upper and lower surfaces of a sun visor S, consists of the sandwich structure of the surface side pad member 11 and the central pad member 12, provided at the central side of the sun visor and possessing higher rigidity compared with the pad member 11. The pad member 11 is a soft pad member. Accordingly, the outer surface of the sun visor 1 is provided with a soft feeling and the damage, caused by the sun visor contacted by the crew upon accident, may be prevented while the central side pad member 12 prevents the visor 1 from hanging down when it is stored in parallel to the ceiling. |
