<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a device having a deflecting function by constituting an equipment out of a surface transmitting type emission element having an electron generation source between electrodes and an electrode for drawing out electron beams from this generation source so as to change the voltage to be applied to the electrode to make the orbit of electron beams. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a glass board 1 is coated with a film 2 consisting of metal or metal oxide and at this central part an electron emitting part 5 is provided and electrons 3, 4 are provided apart on both sides of it to form a surface transmitting type emission element. Next, insulators 6 having the thickness are provided on the electrodes 3, 4, and thereon a plate-shaped electrode 7 consisting of metal mesh for drawing out electrons is bridged and an electric circuit 16 is connected to electrodes 3, 4, 7 and by changing voltage to be applied to these electrodes, electronic beams emitted from the emitting part 5 is let pass through the mesh of the electrode 7 toward the target arranged apart on the electrode 7. For this reason, the circuit is provided with a microprocessor 8 actuated by starting command, a memory, a D/A converter 15, a power source 13 and transistor groups 9-12.</p> |
