PURPOSE:To obtain a mol. wt. and isoelectric point of an unknown sample from peak coordinates thereof, by plotting a curve which presents a correspondence between a peak coordinate value and a nature of a marker substance. CONSTITUTION:A curve f(y) is plotted by a function calculating means 10 to present a correspondence between coordinate values of peaks and a nature such as mol. wt. of a marker substance from the coordinate values of peaks and a value presenting a nature of the marker substance at the peaks when a lane is scanned with the development of several marker substances on a sample plate to hold and then, a value presenting a nature of an unknown sample is calculated by computing means 11 from coordinate values of peaks thereof and the curve f(y). The value thus obtained and the logarithmic value thereof are linearized by a linearizing means 12. By a display means 13, a chromatogram is displayed with the value or the logarithmic value thus linearized as coordinates. This enables calculation of a mol. wt. value and an isoelectric point value from the coordinate values of the peaks to visualize the values. |
