Provided are: an aerosol paint composition which has an excellent matting effect and is also capable of suppressing the occurrence of co-rotation; and a metallic mechanical part coated with said paint composition. This aerosol paint composition contains a modified alkyd resin, inorganic fine particles, and an organic solvent, wherein the modified alkyd resin is a non-aqueous dispersion type resin which is a copolymer of a vinyl monomer and an alkyd resin, the inorganic fine particles are any selected from silica, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, alumina, calcium carbonate, talc, and clay, the average particle diameter of the inorganic fine particles is 1.0-10.0 µm, and the content of the inorganic fine particles is 0.1-5 mass%. There is also provided a metallic mechanical part coated with the aerosol paint composition. |
