PURPOSE:To automate a production line of bean curd and to remarkably reduce the preparation cost of bean curd, by coagulating a mixture of heated soya milk and a coagulant in a cylindrical forming mold, pushing out the coagulated soya milk from the lower opening of the cylinder by a prescribed length, cutting the protruded part and transferring into a vessel below the forming mold. CONSTITUTION:A coagulant and heated soya milk are poured with a pouring means 32 into a vertically arranged cylindrical forming mold 28 having opened top and bottom and furnished with a lid 29 to close the lower opening. The soya milk is coagulated and the coagulated bean curd is pushed out from the lower opening of the forming mold 28 by a prescribed length. The protruded bean curd is cut into a prescribed size with a cutter 33 placed near the lower opening. A pack 36 on a vertically movable conveyor 35 arranged under the forming mold 28 is transferred to a position corresponding to the lower opening of the forming mold 28 and the bean curd cut into the prescribed size is transferred into the pack 36 to enable the preparation of bean curd by an automated production line. |
