The present invention relates to a paper pipe packaging container comprising: a cylinder main body part, with a space inside and a second design part on the outer surface; and a cover part combined to the upper part of the main body part, with a first design part is arranged on the outer surface. The main body part comprises: an inner pipe unit extended from the inner diameter of the main body part, designed to be inserted into the inner circumference of the cover part; and a second combination part formed along the outer circumference of the inner pipe unit. The cover part includes a first combination part arranged along the lower circumference of the cover part, designed to be combined to the second combination part. According to the disclosed specification, by rotating the cover part of the paper pipe packaging container, designs on the outer circumference of the packaging container can be variously converted, thereby expressing purchasers′ intentions and minds. |
