The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof where production is easy and light emitting stability is high. The organic light emitting display device comprises: i) a first conductive layer and an auxiliary electrode arranged on the first conductive layer, with higher resistance than the resistance of the first conductive layer, including a second conductive layer including an opening where the first conductive layer is exposed; ii) pixel electrodes; iii) a pixel defined layer where at least parts of the pixel electrode are exposed; iv) a first middle layer having a first opening corresponding to the opening, arranged on the pixel electrode and the auxiliary electrode; v) a light emitting layer arranged on the first middle layer to correspond to the pixel electrode; vi) a counter electrode, arranged on the first middle layer and light emitting layer, contacting the first conductive layer through the first opening and the opening.
