PURPOSE:To perform continuous mass production stably, by forming a flexible sheet having a recess groove on one side in the longitudinal direction and a protruding strip on the other side into a tube through engagement of the recess groove with the protruding strip, and by cutting the tube crosswise in addition to sealing of three sides. CONSTITUTION:A recess groove and a protruding strip are premolded integrally and continuously on one side and the other side, respectively, in the longitudinal direction of a flexible sheet 13. The sheet is fed to former 15 delivered from the take-up roll and its protruding strip engages with the recess groove by the guide of guide rollers 26 and so forth, thus forming a tube. A vertical seal 28 provided in frame 14 vertically seals the outer rim of a zipper 4 and vertically seals the opposite side as designed. Next, the up-bottom ends of the zipper 4 are sealed 39 by a sealing equipment in the lower side. At the final stage, the tube is cut crosswise and cut into pieces by a cutter 41, and its cutting notch that removes the outer rim of the zipper 4 in use is formed by the cutter 41. |
