The invention relates to an assembly for advertising and sign display use of the type including a frame supporting a moving, rotating or pivoting advertising medium with one or more non-coplanar faces for business premises and various buildings characterised in that this assembly is fixed to a building or another support by two arms mounted so as to move, for example by sliding in a slideway on the frame 1 which supports, on its opposite face, at least two arms at least one of which can move, for example by sliding, and at the ends of which is placed the advertising medium or media 2 mounted on a first end 10 of a shaft 4 directly held by the shaft of a drive motor 3 arranged at the upper part of the said arm with a friction coupling means 15 and, at a second end 9 of the said shaft, at its opposite end, supported by a ball 13 arranged in a receptacle 14 for the corresponding arm. <IMAGE>
