PURPOSE:To attain a quick rising response with low power consumption by adopting a Darlington form for a constant current circuit section. CONSTITUTION:A Darlington circuit 30 is used for the 1st constant current circuit 1 connected in series between a power supply voltage and a ground level, the 2nd constant current circuit 2, and the 1st constant current circuit of a pulse voltage generating circuit provided with a buffer circuit 3 to a connecting point of the 1st and the 2nd constant current circuits 1, 2, so as to attain high-speed rising response. The adoption of the Darlington connection permits a large current to flow only for a short time when an output rises and to suppress the current to a value determined with the circuit 2 for the steady state. Thus, the rising response is quickened with low power consumption. Since the current is less than that of an output stage, the current amplification factor is increased and the area of the elements is reduced. |
