PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of speediness in manufacture as well as to improve the extent of manufacturing efficiency by forming a parallel insulat ed wire rectilinearly installed in an insulator, twinning it as tearing off the connecting part, and manufacturing a paired cable whose printing is formed into spiral form. CONSTITUTION:Two conductors 1 delivered out of two delivery bobbins 8 are parallelly set up by a guide roller 11 and led into an extruder 9, then a connecting part 3 of a parallel insulated wire 5 is covered with an insulator 2 at the specified thickness by this extruder 9. The insulator 2 at the thin connecting part 3 of this parallel insulated wire 5 is torn off by a wire separator 12 and made into two single wires, forming them into a paired cable 7, whose an identifying straight mark 4 is turned to a spiral mark 6, simultaneously while twinning them by a double-twist puncher 14 through a die 13, then these wires are rolled on a take-up bobbin 15. Afterward, manufacture of the paired cable 7 printed into the spiral form is made into speediness, and improvement in the extent of manufacturing efficiency is thus promoted. |
