<p>PURPOSE:To bond securely without imperfect bonding and without waiting time for pressurization, thereby to improve yield and working efficiency by constituting the title device of a pressurizing shelf wherein an air bag is fixed on the upper face, and air supply-discharge device which can pressurize air in the air bag to inflate it. CONSTITUTION:A multistage pressurizer P is constituted of a pressurizing shelf A and an air supply-discharge device B. Each shelf of A,A,A of three sets of multistage pressurizer Pa, Pb, Pc is substantially of the same construction, the frame body 20 is provided with a number of shelf boards 21, 21a, 21b and a number of air bags 22 etc. When a laminate work is inserted in any one shelf 25 of pressurizing shelves A, it is detected by a sensor to immediately supply air with pressurization from a compressor 30, thereby the air bag 22 is inflated to press the laminate work W.</p> |
