PURPOSE:To improve security without lowering the efficiency by terminal operability and processing efficiency by causing principal recognizing function and file access control function after the principal recognization, which are common to all services, to be obtained to the operator of a terminal and from the view of the operator. CONSTITUTION:The operator of the terminal locally obtains the allowance to use the terminal by the key of the terminal or something corresponding to the key. Next, the operator of the terminal transmits a code to guarantee the operator to a center. A data security management system (DSS) executes verification between this code and a code which is registered in a user control file in advance. Then, when the operator is confirmed to be principal, a corresponding table with a file to which an access is allowed, is prepared. Next, when a telegram is inputted, the DSS obtains correspondence between the telegram and the file to which the access is allowed, and access control is executed based on a logical product with the corresponding table. |
