PURPOSE:To make it possible to mix viscous substances continuously and evenly at high speed, by connecting an inlet pipe to admit pressurized flows to the outer side surface of a double pipe which annular ends of its inner and outer cylinders are closed, providing a helical slit along said inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Additives, liquids such as air etc., particles, gases etc., are forced into inlet pipes 12 to admit pressurized flows, which are connected to the side of an outer cylinder 8, by means of a pump. The forcedly pressurized fluids are fed into an inner cylinder 7, which forms a flow passage for viscous substances, through a helical slit 13 formed along the inner side of said cylinder 7, while a space 9 functions as a distributing chamber for the pressurized fluids, allowing said fluids to be fed evenly from said slit 13. Consequently, mixing between the pressurized fluids and viscous substances is accelerated, while rotary forces are exerted on the viscous fluids, with the result that both fluids are agitated and mixed efficiently at high speed. |
