PURPOSE: To conduct selectively payment transaction by a denomination or two denominations or over by providing plural containers replacing paper moneys with different denominations and a means detecting denominations of paper moneys. CONSTITUTION: Containers 23, 24 contain desired denominations of paper moneys respectively. The denominations of contained paper moneys are detected by switching of switches 71, 72 being contained denomination detection means. A control means recognizes the operating denominations based on the result of detection. Then the control means selects a container in the containers 23, 24 depending on the paper money contained state when the operating paper moneys are one denomination and selects any of the containers 23, 24 in which the paper moneys with the denomination designated by a customer in this transaction when the denominations are two or over for the paper money payment transaction. Thus, the payment transaction by paper moneys of same denomination or two denominations or over selectively. |
